I built a device to make self-injecting testosterone easier

A family member was struggling with self-administered IM injections, even with an injection pen, they would get overly shaky hands, and anxiety about the angle.

I made a device to help assist them, It's a handheld device as you can see in the images with a curved base that sits on your thigh and holds your injection pen at the correct 90° angle while you inject. One hand holds it in place, the other fires the pen.

Curious if anyone here has had similar issues, or found their own way to make it easier. Would appreciate any thoughts.
