For people who applied in previous years , can you tell us the approximate timeline of the KOSPIE DAAD process in Tunisia (as for first screening results , call for interviews , final results)

I'm currently filling my application for KOSPIE DAAD 2026 , and I have few questions regarding the application ... the 2 Qs that I currently remember are :

1 - What is exactly a "Tabular form" CV , I looked it up online but everyone mentions a different format , if you are a successful applicant from previous years pls share a template or so

2 - There are two blanks in the application details document (where u have to fill personal data , university choice and project details in modifiable Word doc) that are a bit confusing

- Name of your department / Name of the course : how are these two different ? am I supposed to fill the name of the the diploma in the second one ( exp: integrated master's engineering diploma) : it still does not resonate
