I LOST TO NON ARMWRESTLERS IN GYM PLS HELP ME
I used to train for arm wrestling at my home with a homemade pulley, not really a pulley but the same pulley movements though friction was still present on it. So, i trained for 2 years on it and did a lot of sparring with my friends and they all were more than 20-25kg heavier than me. I used to give a good fight to them. I build a very good tendon, joints and wrist strength. After it i took a break for 1 year and recently joined a gym where i did a sparring on a non armwrestling table with few gym guys and they all were same as my weight. I can't even imagine they humiliated me very easily. I dont know how but somehow their hands were too thick and felt very strong compared to mine. They were easily rotating my wrist in an inside game i couldn't even hold them. I tried everything i tried to use pronation but failed in it too. I dont know how should i train in order to give a tough battle to those guys.
