Hi, I know in the interview we can get all the law wrong technically as we are only marked on our skills here. During my practice papers I've realised that when I start writing the attendance note I remember a lot more of the correct law and next steps for the client which is different to what I advised them in the interview. I think my mind just goes a bit blank in the moment of the interview and I can't recall all the correct FLK.

So is it okay to write up completely different advice/next steps to the client in the AN or does the client actor give feedback on what I've told them etc? Hoping that makes any sort of sense
