What should I do to cook meals that give the MOST energy/hunger?
Pretty much the title. I'm a mage and really love flight to I want to use it to get around more often, but every time I try to cook smth thats ~800 energy it has like Rec 5 for an hour and I dont want to waste it T-T. Problems, ik. I already have lvl 10 cooking. What can I use that isnt too expensive but would give a lot of energy/hunger?
