Whats up everyone, longtime lurker here. I've been on the fence for quitting for quite a while now. Finally with some extra push and motivation from my 9 year old, I woke up today, gave my wife my can of onn, and slapped on a nic patch. My plan is 2 weeks on 14mg, then drop to 2 weeks on 7mg, then pull the plug. I've used nicotine in one form or another for over 20 years and I know this is going to suck. I'm on Wellbutrin so hopefully that helps a little and I got some caffeine and some neurotropic pouches to replace the ritual. I've appreciated eveyones posts here, those that gave encouragement and motivation, as well as those that talked about the struggles, all have been helpful. Cheers everyone, day one.
