Suicidal thoughts because I lost my parents money
I have a crippling gambling addiction and lost about 9k usd. It is big money but not too big money for my family. I just cant sleep normally and live my life. I want to tell them everything and confess. But the problem is I live alone in another country for 4 years now. What should I do? Should I tell my mother or my stepdad first?
