Hi everyone, I’m looking for some advice or shared experiences.

I’m currently dealing with severe postpartum depression, and it’s been very difficult managing this while returning to work. I’m wondering if anyone has been able to request or receive a reduced schedule without a reduction in pay due to a medical condition like this, and if this can be approved in practice.
