I have a three-year-old chat request that I can neither accept nor ignore and it shows up in my message notifications as a badge alert (red number) periodically. The number also changes from 1 to 2 to 5 and back on refreshes with no apparent pattern. Any suggestions? I chose the Desktop flair but it's happening on both desktop and mobile.
