Homemade Tonkotsu
Tonkotsu broth I boiled for 18+ hours topped with ajitama, miso cured and braised pork belly, stir fried mushrooms and bok choy, pickled daikon slaw, bean sprouts and scallions. All homemade for party with the most ramen loving members of my family.
