Got invited to a friends engagement and I’m known not to be a fashionable guy. She told me to wear dress pants, but I have absolutley no idea what else to wear.

I was thinking dress shirt with rolled up sleeves and no tie but I’m not too sure. Also any suggestions on where to go? She told me Lulu lemon but looking for other places as well
