Okay so here's where im at.
Dji mini mic or Dji mic 2.
I have the insta go3s the one that fits inside your helmet. I want to add in crisper audio from my bike itself. The go3s does not allow any direct mic pairing.
Dji mini is much cheaper and fairly highly recommended. But the dji mic 2 records independently.
Both use cases I need to sync audio in post, I would like the mini instead, its cheaper and the second mic can fit in my helmet, the mic 2 is obviously higher quality but double the price here.
Where im stuck is the mic 2 can record and save directly without using apps where the mini has no built in storage, I cant find any online mixed use cases like mine exactly ans im hung up on how are people recording and saving audio with the mini on android. And do I need to have the mic receiver physically connected to my phone the whole time on the mini
The receiver plugged into my USB-c port is a hangup since I dont trust it staying plugged in, in my pocket. Its an s24 and as age goes the usb port doesn't lock in cables like it once did.
Any help appreciated here figuring out what apps ect people are recording audio with these mics while running a different brand (insta for me) for camera
