Will a rambling rose cascade downward?

I have a Darlow’s Enigma and Aimee Vibert that I am trying to decide a location to plant. I have a rip wrap rock retaining wall on a slope that I’d love to cover with something. I was reading of people using rambling roses to climb up trees etc, but was wondering if it would do well being planted a the top of the wall, and trained downward. Or does it only have an upright habit instead of sprawling? I assume that’s part of the definition of rambling but wanted to make sure before committing! The retaining wall goes to a driveway around my barn so I cannot plant it at the base.

Where to buy the good stuff

We all know the deals at tractor supply type stores, the local co op, and Amazon…

But where do you get the good quality tools etc? I got some nice stuff from johnnys, but some stuff was normal Lowe’s quality seed trays etc. Got some Neversink seed starting trays and they’re amazing and not fragile. And for paper/packaging type stuff Uline has been amazing compared to anything else but expensive. Also was impressed with premier one netting fence. Always seems like I’m making a gamble to find something quality without getting ripped off (in spent hundreds on different boots). Is AM Leonard any good? Their prices seem like they should be quality, but I get so many targeted ads everywhere from them that it seems over marketed which seems to often coincide with overproduced garbage.

Anyone got any favorites on things they’re willing to drop money on? And what will you always buy the cheap/disposable version of? For me, $250 boots wear out as quick as $60 ones so I stopped searching.
