Looking to move a washer dryer from my 1st floor to second floor. This involves new electrical wiring, new drain in ceiling, drywall repair, new gas line from nearby water heater, exhaust duct install to previously installed roof vent. Also the old room it was in will get new drywall. All will be painted.

I’ve gotten quotes from $6k to $22k. I was curious what might be an appropriate cost?
