Musotoku batteries for Critical Torque
Does anyone have experience replacing their critical torque batteries with Musotoku R-1 or other aftermarket options? I have one battery, and I'd love to have two, but I'm a little discouraged by how many people I've seen receive dud batteries. Seems a lot of people have the battery life die off out of nowhere, or have the screen stop functioning. I love this machine, and the battery I have is working great, but idk if I want to pull the trigger on a $400+ CAD battery just for it to crap out on me.
I like the form factor of the R-1, but does it fit well and make a good connection? Does it actually last? The website says something like 2-6 hours and I can get 6+ out of my torque if I'm not doing fat lines. But the fact that I can just swap out the batteries inside is what's really drawing me in.
It's intriguing that it fits my torque and my flux max, but I'd love to hear from some people who have put some time behind this battery on the torque specifically. Or if you have other batteries you've tried, I'd love to hear about it!
