Ive gotten multiple notifications that people try to login on my account, and the saved password on my phone in samsung's passkey is wrong, and ive forgotten my current password completely. So i am unable to change it in account center, and clicking forgot password tells me "important changes needs to be done in account center" but to do that i need to type my current password first. so it throws me in an endless loop. Im completely stuck with a password cybercriminals now have access to that ive forgotten and i am without any way to change it. Help?

I got an info stealer back in february trying to install an ae plug in i used to have, but couldnt find again on the site i trusted. It had been deleted. So i went to look on other websites, downloaded what i thought was the right file, and shortly after my discord and instagram got hacked sending mrbeast casino scam messages. I changed passwords and enabled 2fa and deleted the inital file and thought nothing of it after that.
Now on the 23rd i wanted to emulate tomodachi life and i downloaded what i assume is the renpy virus. It was hidden in a bunch of zipped archives that had the password 2256. And in it was setup.exe. I was sceptical at first as i knew what i was looking for was an nsp file. And went to other sites to download the game instead, but got the exact same zipped files and setup.exe from there as well so i mistakingly assumed i just had to run it first. It completed to 100% but never said it finished. It was still "installing" i brushed it off as just taking too long/failed and closed it.
I have read all the posts i can find about this virus, and i really really REALLY do not wnat to do a clean install simce i have important project files and alot of customization programs (spicetify, windhawk, openshell, rainmeter, etc) and it would be an absolute pain in the ass to reinstall and redo all the work and even the custom css i have on spicetify and windhawk for my taskbar.
My biggest question is. Is FRST for removing the malware without a hard reset? Ive never heard of this before, if someone can help me remove the malware without a hard reset i would be eternally greatful. If thats not an option i guess ill just rip off the bandaid and bid goodbye to all my work but i would really really prefer to do this manually and rid of it without reset if thats possible
