Changing schools after teaching at this one for a long time. Year is almost over should I share it with them now? Or would you not share it. I’d kinda feel like a dick if I just didnt show up next year.

Edit for clarification; admin has known for weeks at this point. I’m wondering more about the kids and families. It’s a small school so it’s pretty tight knit and I’ve been teaching there for double digit years. I’m also a specials teacher I’ve had many of the kids since they were baby kindergarteners.
