I have just booked my first group tour ever with G adventures. On their itinerary/booking details it says arrive anytime on the start date of the tour and that there will be a meet and greet and optional dinner afterwards on arrival day.

I am wanting to book a Lucha Libre ticket for that night as it is the only night available so just wondering if anyone has not attended the welcome meeting for their G adventures tour and has it caused any issues?
