I purchased this Type 14 quite a few years ago and during my recent move I realized that the holster is in quite a bit rougher shape then when I purchased it, its been sat in a safe with a golden rod for all of the time ive owned it barring the couple if times ive had it out to the range. Is there anything I can do to preserve the holster better and on top of that us there anything I can do to preserve the writing in the holster. I belive its the info of the soldier who brought it back and ive noticed its fading quite a bit compared to when I first got it. Any help would be much appreciated!
