Couple years ago (March 2023), I went for a drink and smoke at the Grass Company Spoorlaan with a friend. I got talking to the waitress, a girl in her early 20's from Australia that was traveling the world a couple months at a time. Blue hair, wolfcut, definitely art student vibes.

I didn't get to ask for her number, and when I went back there she had already moved back to Australia. I'm probably beating a dead horse, but if somebody knows this person as well and knows where I may be able to reach out to this person I would very much appreciate a chat or DM. Please don't put it in the comments, as I don't want to break any guidelines.
