I’m not really car knowledgeable at all but I’ve been hearing this weird knocking sound when turning (not everytime I turn but maybe 50-75% of the time) so we jacked my car up and all we could find is this in the back, I took pictures of the one that looks broken and the one that looks normal but I honestly have no idea what it even is. What is this piece and is it safe to drive with?
