I was eating some kebab, the floor was clean and my dog sat beside me. After he stood up there was this thing on the floor. Pls help my dog I don't want him to die :(

*Guys I used the wrong word it's worms not bugs! Oops 😥 but yes Ik it's worms im just not that fluent in English. And I mainly asked to know the species so I can also check if my dog's daily routine might've affected him in any way!
