Hi everyone!
I’m visiting Paris for the first time and I’m celebrating my 30th birthday there, so I want to make it special.

My favorite French dish is duck confit. Yes, the canned kind.🫣 I’ve loved it for years and I really want to experience the real thing in a proper Paris restaurant.

I’ve seen a lot of recommendations for super high-end places like Tour d’Argent, but honestly I’m a little nervous about dropping that kind of money and walking out underwhelmed. I’d rather find somewhere that genuinely makes amazing duck confit, crispy skin, melt-in-your-mouth meat, the whole experience without needing to take out a small loan.

What I’m looking for:
• Excellent taste (this is the priority)
• Nice enough atmosphere to dress up

Any neighborhood is fine I’ll happily cross the city for a good meal. Reservations tips also welcome!
Merci in advance 🦆🍷
