I am looking for help please - a relative has pretty bad contamination OCD and is currently in the process of starting ERP.

I’m pretty well versed in OCD already and what ERP entails, as I am unfortunately no stranger to it myself! My theme was more pure O - perfectionism, moral OCD, ROCD.

Whilst I consider myself recovered, I’ve never experienced contamination OCD. I really want to help my loved one - if any has any experience, advice, or can recommend any books to help me, I’d really appreciate it!
