Recently started indoor cycling mainly for fitness and overall health improvements. I’m following a structured training plan and usually ride around 4–5 hours per week.

Curious to hear from others who started from a beginner or relatively untrained point:
- How much did your FTP improve over time?
- How long did it take before you noticed meaningful gains?
- Did you see noticeable body composition or weight loss changes?
- What helped the most: consistency, volume, intervals, nutrition, etc.?

Would love to hear real-world experiences, especially from people balancing normal work/life schedules rather than training like full-time athletes.
