Determining a good, versatile rod

Hello all! I am gonna be picking up a new casting rod and the ones im interested in are the megabass p5 super destroyer and the megabass orochi x10 bandersnatch. I would use a variety of lures for it. I like treble lures the most (these are my go to lures) but the occasional worm/jig fishing would be nice as well. Spinnerbaits, topwater, frogs (if I have no other choice) are also things I would use.

I really am looking for a jack of all trades rod. I like running braid. I tend to prefer medium fast rods personally.

I have a lure from Brad’s Lures that is missing a piece. It is an excellent lure with sentimental value and I want to start fishing it again. What do I use to get it working again? The one on the left is the one with the necessary part.
