I've just moved into a beautiful apartment, but discovered things falling apart upon living here....landlord special situation.

Landlord refuses to fix anything because I signed the lease accepting things as is. I've added the pics of front door, also a broken floor, broken window, also a missing bathtub knob, broken bathroom sink drain (now unusable due to leakage), none of these things were my doing.

I also paid May rent early. He gave me the wrong email on my lease. Delivered an N5 due to nonpayment. He argued until I sent screen shots of the lease with the email he gave. He made the error. Upon having to cancel the etransfer, bank put $100 on hold after canceling. I'm just floored.
