So apparently this is just a normal and intended mechanic now, so I figured I’d make a quick guide for anyone who hasn’t caught on yet.
If you’ve ever wanted effectively consequence free logistics in FW, here’s how you do it.
Step 1: Put Your Logi Alt's Into The Enemy Militia
For example:
- Main characters = Minmatar militia or neutral
- Logistics alts = enlisted in Amarr militia
The important part is that the logistics characters appear blue to Enemy players on overview.
Step 2: Bring Those “Friendly” Logi Characters To FW Fights
Now your Guardian, Exequror, Augoror, etc all appear as friendly militia members to the opposing side.
Most players won’t immediately shoot them because:
- they show as blue
- militia members are actively punished for same militia aggression
- repeated aggression causes standings loss
- enough standings loss removes players from FW entirely
That's right! with CCP's amazing game design, If they shoot your logi, they'll be kicked out of FW!
Step 3: Remote Rep Your Neutral Or Enemy Characters
This is the fun part.
Your enemy militia logi can now freely repair your fleet, and the opposing militia now has two options:
Option A: Don’t Shoot The Logi
Result:
- your logistics are effectively invulnerable
- your fleet gets massive advantage
- you abuse overview trust mechanics for free
Option B: Shoot The “Friendly” Logi
Result:
- they take standings penalties
- repeated defence against your logistics kicks them from FW
- they get punished hard and you get away with abusing the mechanic
Congratulations
You now have:
- blue logistics that support enemy fleets
- mechanics that discourage retaliation
- an advantage unavailable to corps that play the game properly
- a system where defending yourself is more punishing than exploiting the loophole
The Best Part?
This isn’t even some obscure edge case anymore.
Groups are actively building fleet doctrines around it because the current anti awoxing system rewards it.
And despite years of us asking CCP to add logi to KM's, they still dont want to. So you this cant even be proved unless they record it!
No killmail history.
No battle report visibility.
No easy accountability.
God damn CCP hate logi players.

EDIT: u/CCP_Kestrel has clarified that logi do become suspect when cross faction repping, so shooting them should not cause standings loss.
That said, I still think this is a terrible and deeply unintuitive FW interaction. In actual practice, the logi initially appear as friendly militia members, creating confusion and hesitation during live fights while organised groups actively build around abusing that confusion.
If large groups like Smil 'n' Wave are building doctrines and tactics around this confusion, that probably says something about the clarity of the mechanic itself. There are many reasons to go suspect in low sec, and if we all shoot each other as soon as we are suspect, then FW isnt going to work.
As suggested many times from this community, simply add standing loss for repping an enemy. We gain loss for shooting allies, it makes sense to add loss for healing the enemy.
Also for the love of god, its been 20 years already. Add Logi to KM's.
