Can anyone tell me what these mean
23F dealing with my heart racing, beating outta my chest for just a few weeks now. Decided to go to urgent care after I almost passed out at work while I was standing recording chart notes. I get waves of dizziness and high heart rate even when resting. Usually worse when standing. The urgent care did an EKG which i guess they didn’t like what it showed because they called EMS and ended up in the ER. the first screenshot posted is what the urgent care EKG impressions were. The 2nd screenshot is the ER EKG. And the 3rd is my primary care EKG a few days later. What do these mean while I wait for a cardiologist? Obviously I’m not in danger I don’t think, but I’m just curious. My heart rate gets up to 160s upon standing and walking around. Ive seen it get up to 180+ on the Apple Watch. I’m usually really lightheaded and can feel it pounding at that point.
Backstory (not sure if this matters) : In Jan 2025 I had a bad first experience with Covid. Then I underwent major surgery in May 2025 following a rare diagnosis of breast cancer. Did not have to go through chemotherapy or radiation. But I now take tamoxifen 20mg daily. I’ve also been on Abilify for a couple years.
