Do not always stick

Despite making sure the outside of my nose was dry and that I did not have any cream on it I had a very difficult time getting these to stick. As such a lot of them were not usable and a waste of money

I do however feel that when they did work they opened up my nasal passsge I have a deviated septum and I was able to take in more air
