There is a weapon shop for lost and uncanny variants of weapons such as Bloodletter and Beast Cutter on Layer 1.

Gf accidentally turned off the shared fixed dungeon when trying to do the chalices in order. She also found a bloodtinge (3) gem stone as well, might be worth looking into farming but haven't explored fully yet.
