Hello Reddit! I’m still fairly new to bonsai and would really appreciate some feedback from those with more experience.
I’ve had this tree for just over 3 years. The first photo is from when I bought it, and the second is how it looks today. I ended up styling it quite differently from its original form, and I’d love to hear your thoughts on that choice.
Do you think this direction suits the tree? Am I on the right track, or are there adjustments you’d recommend?
Any advice is greatly appreciated. I’m hoping to keep improving and develop better trees over time. Thanks!
