I just had a JVC AL-10BK turntable gifted to me from my MIL. She found out i was getting into vinyl and pulled it out of storage. It definitely needs some TLC, but I'm excited to get it all cleaned up. My assumption is belt and cartridge are the first things to replace since this device has not been touched in over 20 years. I did plug it in and it powers up and spins, at least.
And other tips or recommendations for getting this thing operational?
