Is it normal for Owalas to have and easily get tons of scratches? I dropped it from a low height onto a hotel carpet and it got scratched pretty bad, and these scratches were just from me barely even grating a fairly smooth rock near a stream. (Not the one in the picture above) I’m honestly really annoyed by the quality, this was almost never an issue with any other water bottle I’ve had.
