2. You can only have 1 change per comment, but you can have a region being divided e.g. Germany get Northern Sudetenland, while Austria gats the south but not something like Hungary gets northern Transylvania and Serbia gets Bosnia

4. Keep it realistic, so nothing like Italy annexing Austria
