Newbie here, Looking for some buying advice
Hey Folks!
I'm looking at buying my first home espresso machine and i'm looking for some advice on the mods for Gaggia Classics. Budget isn't really an issue, i'm looking more for the actual value in the mods for somebody who will be using the machine a couple of times a day and isn't a hugely experienced barista.
I've been looking at the new E24 Classic with Brass Boiler and in the UK we have a site that sells them with various tiers of modifications, 9 bar spring, PID, Dimmer, Super steamer option, all the way up to GaggiMate Pro.
If i'm looking at £950 for an E24 with GaggiMate Pro, 900 for a Quick Mill Pop UP, 850 for an E24 classic with PID, Dimmer, Gauge, 815 for the above but without the dimmer...What would you recommend? Which of these mods is definitely more important than the others?
