Hi all, I’ve never dealt with this before so someone will be able to help me I’m sure. I bought a jacket and on the deadline day I messaged politely to ask if they were sending. They replied “yes” that was it. The reason I messaged is I’ve had loads lately not send on the day then message to say they need to extend it due to a medical emergency with their child. One person I couldn’t extend as I was going away and she was sending me a rude message swearing at me 🤣 anyway that’s another story. The day came and went and they didn’t send it. I got an automated thing from Vinted saying they were checking with the courier and if they haven’t sent it I’ll get a refund. That was 4 days ago. I refuse to cancel as I’m not getting a negative review. The person was last online 10 hours ago but Vinted just tell me to cancel. My question is roughly how long did you wait for the automated refund? I’m sticking it out as I’m not having this impact my review. Any help is appreciated TIA
