Cant get education pack because country is being attacked

Hi I hope I could get the attention of a GitHub admin or something with this post, currently the UAE is being attacked so I have visited my home country and am staying in it until the conflict stops. I developed a hobby of coding and I wanted to make a website, my school account makes me eligible for the GitHub student pack but I have been having problems since I dont live in the country that my school is located in. I opened a support ticket but I heard that it can take up to 3 months for support to get back to you by some other comments on reddit. I dont really want to wait that long so I thought by posting here I could get the attention of a GitHub admin. If you are one please help me my username is 576idostuff I already have a support ticket with information like my school portal and id card in. Thank you.

Will people buy datasets from a marketplace(I will not promote)

As machine learning becomes more and more popular because of the rise of llms and considering that hardware is becoming more powerful and efficient at an exponential rate , we might see a rise of local llms and other machine learning models being used in areas that weren't considered earlier because of limitations, for example maybe llms can be used for dynamic npc character dialogue in games. My website idea is a dataset hosting company where people can sell premium datasets that are both ethically sourced and has no licensing issues. I dont know wether to try and make the site more "premium" by only allowing approved datasets to go through which has stuff like sources, bias, licenses and you need to have unbreakable proof that you e sourced the data or let the free market reign supreme and the larger datasets would naturally become the best selling if you know what I mean, this is just a rough Idea so im sort of getting opinions on this.

Anthropic is claiming that Claude has "functional emotions"

The tweets are from this twitter thread : https://x.com/AnthropicAI/status/2039749628737019925

They have an article here

https://transformer-circuits.pub/2026/emotions/index.html

I think they might be overstating the amount of emotions there are because a lot of them seem to just be copies (You can find the full list of emotions in the appendix of the article), like they say there are emotions like "amazed" and "astonished" but how do you even differentiate between the two
