Hi! I cant seem to figure out if the problem I have is that my body creates too much gas or that I cant release it through burping. I didnt used to have discomfort at all prior to 2 years ago and then the past year has been so awful with gas pain but I make all the frog noises so is it just gas release prblem or should my body not be having excessive gas like this
