Can I upgrade my tickets at the call box the day of the festival?
I tried to do the whole exchange thing online, but because my ticket is already in the process of being shipped to me I can’t do that. There was a clear language barrier when I was on the phone with front gate tickets. I want to upgrade my GA ticket to VIP.
