Banned for smurfing on account with over 1000 games, account since 2017
Permabanned for "smurfing" because my friend used my PC while I was on vacation. 9 years of loyalty gone.
I came back from holidays and got banned for ... smurfing?

I've made "submit a request" and no one answered me yet.
So yeah, I'm pretty devastated right now and honestly don't know what else to do, so I'm posting here.
I've had my FACEIT account (BorofTheKing) since 2017. Over 1000 games. Never cheated, never smurfed, never even had a single ban before. I bought a subscription in April. I've been reporting griefers and leavers for years, played in tournaments, the whole deal. This platform was basically my main gaming home for almost a decade.
Two weeks ago I went on vacation. My buddy was petsitting at my place while I was gone. He logged into HIS OWN account (Supper77) on my PC and played some games. Not on my account. His account. His own games, his own rank, his own stats. And here's the thing - he was playing at his own level the entire time, like 0.9-1.0 KD, nothing crazy, nothing that would even remotely look like smurfing. He was just playing normal matches at his own rank on his own account. There was literally zero boosting or smurfing going on.
I come back from vacation, open my email, and boom. Permanent ban for Multi-Account/Smurfing.
Are you kidding me?
So the system saw two different accounts on the same computer and just assumed I'm running a smurf? That's it? No human looked at this? Nobody checked that these are clearly two different people playing at their own respective levels? Nobody noticed that my account wasn't even active during that time?
I contacted support right away. Explained everything. Offered to send my ID to verify my identity. Sent photos from my vacation proving I wasn't even in the same city. Sent my calendar with stuff I was doing those days. Told them to check the login logs because it would be obvious that BorofTheKing and Supper77 were never used by the same person.
What did I get? A template response saying my ban won't be removed if I ever owned another account. Cool, except I NEVER DID. That's literally the whole point of my appeal. The system made a mistake and now I'm being treated like I'm lying.
This is what bothers me the most - the detection system apparently can't tell the difference between "someone is smurfing on a second account" and "two completely different people used the same PC." My friend played on his account at his skill level with his stats. I wasn't even home. How is this smurfing? By this logic, anyone who has a roommate or a sibling or lives in a shared apartment is at risk of getting permabanned if the other person also plays FACEIT.
And the appeal process feels like a dead end. You get one automated reply and then nothing. 9 years of account history and nobody can spend 5 minutes looking at the actual data.
I'm not here to spam or demand instant fixes. I already submitted my ticket and I'm waiting. I just want to know - has anyone been through something like this? Did you manage to get unbanned? Is there any way to actually get a real human review of a case like mine?
Thanks for reading. I'm just frustrated and honestly pretty heartbroken about the whole thing.
