MSC Bio Dualite confused about career directions, need Senior's input

18M, first year dualite at BITS Goa. Sem 1 7-7.5 , Sem 2 extrapolated ~8.5-9, so cumulative ~8. Likely getting ECE, MNC if lucky. Have an education loan so placements matter as a safety net.

About me:

Genuinely enjoyed electrical science (circuits, diodes, transistors)

Liked prob stats and multivariable calc, hated linear algebra

Know basic C, enjoyed it but haven't explored much

In finance club — did equity research (found it not much exciting as it was just analysing), trying to get into Algo Lab vertical

Long term interested in startups, but placement as backup is important

Planning to learn Python + ML this summer

My questions:

ECE vs MNC — ECE has established placements and ET access (Qualcomm, TI). MNC is newer but by my PS2 it'll have 2-3 batches. I hated linear algebra and MNC is heavy on abstract math. ECE curriculum genuinely excited me. Which makes more sense?

Finance PS2 realistic for MSc Bio + ECE? — I know Econ+CS dualites dominate JPMC etc. My MSc is Bio. Would a finance minor help? Is the offshoot clearable without economics background if finance club work is strong?

ET vs IT vs Finance — which should I primarily target given my profile? ET packages at our campus are actually higher than IT . Worth going deep in ET or just focus on IT with coding skills? Or should grind for finance (CFA and minor)

Any senior advice appreciated, I want to chose any one direction out of these 3 and grind for it help me chosing.
