Vala opinions?
Hi, I'm considering a 26 Vala 90 at my LBS. I'm an intermediate trail rider and live in the Austin area and normally ride Brushy Creek during the week and Spider Mountain when I can on the weekends. My goal is to use it to ride more often and further distance than I can on my analog bike - getting from my house to the trails, doing a loop or two, and then getting home instead of having to drive the bike down in my truck. I also want to self shuttle at spider mountain sometimes during the week when the lift isn't spinning. FWIW my analog bike is a Pivot Mach 6.
I got to test ride it on a short local loop by the shop and liked how it felt but I'm curious about other's experiences. I feel like we're starting to get to the point where the differences between models within similar categories is marginal at most and really comes down to rider preference. If you have one would buy it again assuming you were able to get a good deal?
