Pretty new to powerlifting and I’ve been looking for a solid flat shoe for squats, deadlifts, and general training. I came across the Nebu 001 after seeing Taylor Atwood training in them and it definitely caught my attention.

From what I can tell, they’re a true flat shoe with a wide toe box and seem way more stable than regular gym shoes or Chucks. I also saw they have torsional and lateral support built into the shoe which sounds interesting for heavy deadlifts and bench leg drive.

Has anyone here actually trained in them yet?

How’s the grip, comfort, and stability under heavy weight?
Do they actually feel different compared to Vans, Converse, or barefoot shoes?

Trying to decide if they’re worth picking up. Appreciate any feedback.
