Any tips and tricks of how to do this? Is there a program that can help? What have you had good luck with? The goal is to add 3-5 seasoned agents. We’re a mom and pop, we offer a 10k cap and 80/20 split for cappers, 70/30 for non cappers, shared office space and provide E&O. We are perfect for people who basically want to do there own thing with a home base and don’t want a bunch of bells and whistles and fees… I’m just not sure what the best way to convey all of this while recruiting. We have talked a little bit about offering an incentives for agents who bring on producing agents, but with a 10k cap I’m not sure what that looks like. Any ideas or suggestions are much appreciated!
