OFW Guide: How to get your PSA Certificates delivered directly to your international address

Para sa mga kababayan nating nasa abroad, you don’t need to fly home or bother relatives just to get a copy of your Birth, Marriage, or Death Certificate. PSAHelpline.ph now has a system for direct international delivery via their E-Cert portal.

Note: Medyo different ito sa local delivery, so read carefully!

Step-by-Step for International Delivery:

  1. Start your order: Visit PSAHelpline.ph and click "Order Now."
  2. Select "International Delivery": Fill in your details. Make sure you choose the International option when asked for the address.
  3. Verify via OTP: You’ll need a working email and mobile number. Don’t skip this—you’ll need the OTP to move forward.
  4. Pay the PSA Fee: Settle the payment for the certificate and service fee.
    • Take Note: This does NOT include the shipping fee yet.
  5. Identity Verification: Follow the on-screen steps to prove it’s really you.
  6. Wait for the E-Cert Portal notification: Once PSA processes your document, they will scan and upload it to a secure portal. They’ll notify you when it’s ready.
  7. The "DIY" Courier Step (Crucial!): Log in to the E-Cert Portal and use the "Schedule Pickup" feature.
    • You need to book your own courier (like DHL or FedEx) on their respective websites.
    • You will pay the international shipping fee directly to that courier.
    • Upload the Waybill: Once you have the shipping label/waybill from DHL/FedEx, upload it to the E-Cert Portal.

Quick Tips:

  • Check the Waybill: Double-check that the pickup address on your waybill matches the Teleserv/PSAHelpline office address provided in the portal.
  • Direct Lineage only: Remember, you can only order for yourself, your parents, or your children.

Sana makatulong ito sa mga kailangan ng documents for visas or renewal ng passports! Safe travels!

If you need a PSA Birth Certificate, I found a blog post that breaks down the entire updated process. Saving you a click, here are the highlights from the PSAHelpline Guide:

1. PSAHelpline.ph Online is the "Stress-Free" Route * Price: ₱365 (All-in).

  • Payment: GCash, Maya, 7-Eleven, etc.
  • Pros: No need to secure an appointment slot or travel.

2. Walk-in is the "Budget" Route

  • Price: ₱155.
  • Cons: You must book an appointment online first (no walk-ins without one). You pay for your own travel/parking.

3. The "Gotcha" Moments to Avoid:

  • Your government ID must match the name on the birth certificate exactly.
  • You must be 18+ to order your own. Minors need a parent to do it for them.
  • They are strict about who receives it. If you're busy, use the "Assign Authorized Person" feature mentioned in the blog.

Hey guys!

A few quick tips based sa guide:

  • Huwag kayong magbabayad sa mga "fixers" sa FB o Shopee para lang i-book kayo. Free ang appointment system.
  • Siguraduhin na yung pangalang ni-register niyo sa site ay tugma sa ID niyo. Pag hindi, baka i-turn away lang kayo sa pinto.
  • Pagkatapos niyo mag-book, may lalabas na QR code. I-screenshot niyo agad!

Sana makatulong 'to para iwas-abala at iwas-haggard!

Pwede din namanna online application nalang sa www.PSAHelpline.ph , wala ng abala. Door to door Delivery na.
