Yes, I’ve read the countless amount of comments online that stress how bad it is over there. At first, I figured they were mostly just people who were salty they didn’t make it there, but man… there are a LOT of negative comments out there.
I applied with them for their fast track program (relocation to Cincinnati), went through the interview process and got an offer rather quickly. Almost too quickly.
The thing is… I’m just now graduating with my bachelor’s after six years with no internships. I’ve had a pretty turbulent life for the past couple years, but I’m finally on my feet, graduating, and have a job offer outstanding. Plus, I’ve been wanting to start my career with a 3PL, logistics interests me and I feel it’s a career I would actually be good at.
Also wondering if it’s a gamble to turn down this offer and hope I can get on with a 3PL company here in Detroit where I live. I applied for the fast track because I figured it would be easier for me to get hired that way, but now I don’t know.
Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated
