BMW 1 Series (F40) - Rear Mirror Bracket

Hey,

I'm hoping someone here can help with finding what bracket / adaptor I require to mount my dash-cam to the existing rear mirror mounting point on the windscreen.

I've purchased the Wolfbox arm and mounting plate, but it's come with the wrong adapter and Wolfbox don't make / sell the correct one for a BMW...

I've had a bit of a google search, asked AI but I'm not coming up with anything available in the UK to do this unfortunately.

Any help would be appreciated.

TIA,

Hey,

I'm hoping to get some advice, as beginners we don't want to make rookie mistakes and waste money early on with gear thats either not well suited to what were are doing, or just known to be poor quality within the Hiking community.

We are looking to go on day hikes in Cumbria, Northumberland, Durham, Yorkshire and the Humber - We will generally pick fairer weather, and avoid treacherous conditions where possible (I know, plan for the unexpected), we will be looking to take our dog with us on these walks, and are looking at more the beginner friendly route with shorter distances to start (5-10 miles).

We are looking for a jacket and fleece for each of us (unless you'd advise otherwise?).

So far the Mrs has picked out the following:- Tog 24 Keld Softshell // Undecided on Fleece.

So far I have picked out:- Mountain Warehouse Exodus Mens Softshell // Berghaus Prism 1/2 Zip Fleece (I've also got the Mountain Warehouse Mens Fell 3-In-1 as a both bases covered).

One concern we have is that these might be "lifestyle" items rather than functional pieces of gear... will our selections be suitable for our use case, or should we be considering something else (if so, what?).

Any and all advice is welcome.

Hey,

I'm hoping to get some advice about general Hiking gear for UK Weather conditions (Northumberland / Cumbria / Durham / Yorkshire and the Humber).

We are starting out, and at present don't really have anything thats outdoor walking / hiking specific (aside from footwear), what would people advise as the "essentials" for general walking / hiking around our area so we are warm, protected from elements and most importantly comfortable?

We had a little look in Go Outdoors and the selection is great, but also quite confusing and even a little intimidating as to what we would actually need or even use (some stuff looks great, but would be overkill for our use-case).

Happy to give more information or answer and questions :)

TIA
