A Step Forward - Non-Invasive Solutions?

This is my first time joining a community and speaking on Reddit. So, I hope my message gets across to people and is seen. Because I finally feel obligated to share this.

I didn't know I was having an issue until I noticed that I was getting up multiple times at work, getting up at night to go, etc. I told my primary care doctor, and they just shrugged it off. They said you are still fairly young, and it "shouldn't be a problem." However, after doing my own research, I came to the conclusion that I had a form of urge incontinence. It's embarrassing because I never thought I could get something like this. I like to play sports, and it has affected that as well because when I need to go, I NEED to go. I did a deeper dive into the "chairs" solution, since I am not a big fan of meds or surgeries. I had read about the Emsella, Pelvipower, etc., and it never seemed like a real solution, especially reading about other people's experiences on them, until I read about ExMi technology. If you haven't read about it, I would consider checking it out. It's interesting because I saw a chair that has this technology called a Gazelle Chair, and luckily, there was a clinic in Florida near me that had it.

I am currently on my 3rd treatment, and I have already seen some results, especially with not getting up so much at night, and last week was the first time I didn't have to go in the middle of my weekly soccer games. Anyways, I understand what you are going through! I thought I'd share a bit of what has helped me in the last couple of weeks. I'd love to see what other people have seen/heard about these non-invasive solutions. Thanks!
