So I saw a trusted seller in facebook post that they have redmi k80 pro selling for 18k pesos. Is this price too good to be true?

I just want to ask a question, Other than DOST scholarship meron din akong faculty scholarship sa school na cover 100% yung tuition and other school fees ko. Will the school still continue to receive the 20k tuition from DOST and reflect on my balance as a refundable amount If I dont disclose this private scholarship to DOST? Im curious about others with the same situation as I do
